Unhappy Go Lucky! anime set to start on April! Unhappy Go Lucky! is known in Japan as “Anhapi,” a combination of hiragana (an) and katakana (hapi). The title is also known as Anne Happy. It is a Japanese manga written and illustrated by Cotoji. While it’s been published in the States by Yen Press, the anime will see the light on April 2016. The anime it’s animated by Silver Link and directed by Shin Ounuma.
The Voice cast is as follows: umiri Hanamori (Remo in Garakowa: Restore the World) is An Hanakoizumi (unhappiness); Kiyono Yasuno (Megumi Kato in Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend) is Botan Kumegawa (bad health); Mayu Yoshioka (Mayu Shimada in Wake Up, Girls!) is Ren Ekoda (trouble with women); Kiyono Yasuno (Megumi Kato in Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend) is Botan Kumegawa (bad health); Haruka Shiraishi (Ronia in Ronia the Robber’s Daughter) is Ruri Hibarigaoka (tragic love); and Hibiku Yamamura (Kirara Amanogawa/Cure Twinkle in Go! Princess PreCure) is Hibiki Hagyu (no sense of direction).
The official site has been renewed (you can take a look here) in advance of the screenings that will be held during March in Shinjuku Wald 9 before the premiere on the screen. It depicts the series five main characters: An Hanakoizumi, Botan Kumegawa, Hibiki Hagyu, Ruri Hibarigaoka and Ren Ekoda.
The anime series is set to premier on Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, Sun TV, BS Fuji and AT-X. But before that happens, two screenings are set for March 20, 2016 as an event in Tokyo. One at 5:30pm and the other at 7:15pm at Shinjuku Wald9. The entrance will cost 3000 yen, tax included. The event includes Hanamori Yumiri, Haruka Shiraishi, and Kiyono Yasuno among others.
