Welcome the Hiroshima Kit Kat limited Momiji Manju! This is the latest Kit Kat release featuring the famous Hiroshima maple leaf red bean cakes. If you’re travelling around Japan, and love Kit Kat, you can try out this super limited and unique Kit Kat with a very local and traditional taste. This is a great souvenir from Hiroshima. Hiroshima is famous for its Momiji Manju, no wonder Kit Kat had to feature the flavor sooner or later.
This realease had been made in collaboration with Takatsudo, a 100-year-old local business famous for their Momiji Manju. They started their business back in 1906 selling the famous Momiji Manju. Now, many shops sell these cakes.
Takatsudo is located in Miyajima, one of the most beautiful places in all Japan. Their Momiji Manju are also delicious. That’s why, if you’re in the area, trying to eat the Kit Kat is a must. Kit Kat is composed by wafers and chocolate. This time, for this limited version, we find red bean paste in the wafers and the Manju flavor in the chocolate. The Momiji (mapple leaf) symbol is on top.
This Kit Kat flavor will be available in the region from October 3 to March 10, 2017. It will cost 350 yen, and 800 yen a pack of 12 (tax not included). Don’t miss it!

What about trying out the purr-fect Halloween cake? The “Nyankappu” is a Halloween limited sweet from Ginza Cozy Corner, a famous cake shop in Tokyo. They usually release limited cakes during the year, and Halloween isn’t an exception. In fact, the Nyan Cup must be one of the cutest ideas ever for one of the most spooky periods during the year: Halloween! Ghosts beware, these kitties will safe the world with their sweetness! The Nyan-cup will be sold from September 16 until October 31. Each Nyan Cup will sell for 378 yen including tax.
The Nyan Cup is a super cute cake with cat ears made with chocolate. It’s a mousse desset pilled up with chocolate, bitter and sweet, with cocoa sponge crumb. The flavor of the Nyan Cup is mousse yogurt with sweet and sour raspberry sauce. You can find the ears in different chocolates.

Don’t be blue! The Japanese Blue Chocolate will make you happy! The happy blue chocolate macaron will make you happy. It comes from the brand Happy Chocolate. Their new product is the blue chocolate macaroons of happiness. This blue chocolate will only be available for a limited time only, until March 10. It will start selling in mid-November. You can also choose the blue chocolate mini chocolatier size from France, Angers, called “La Petit Marquise.” You can find them in one blue macaroon.

On the first floor of the event space of Hakata Marui, Felissimo Cat joins forces with the specialty shop Tamaan, famous for its dorayakis. It will be open for a limited time only: from July 6 to July 19. During this period, you’ll be able to find miscellaneous goods related to kittys. Felissimo has a “nyashumaro” cute cat line and it will appear in the shape of chocolate filled kitties. These sweets are elegant and delicious.

The pre-release is set to June 28 in Western Japan. The price for each, excluding tax, is 100yen. Remember, this is a cookie crunch wafer filled with chocolate. Alice in Wonderland Sweets from Ginza Cozy Corner are super cute! The famous Ginza Cozy Corner Sweet shop is releasing three Alice in Wonderland sweet sets with super cute package designs. Ginza Cozy Corner is releasing them on June 17 and the sales will be available till mid-July. Packages have different designs, but they all depict Alice in Wonderland scenes. These are perfect as presents and gifts. So, if you’re travelling around Japan during June and July, consider taking these back home.
