Another chapter about Hyper Japan, the Xmas market in London. This time we are going to talk about music and yummy Japanese food! We start with JPU records are both publishers and also promoters of up and coming Japanese music talents. These guys have a finger on the pulse on the awesome beats coming from Sunny Nippon, and worth checking out if you are want to check out what to listen to both at home or live.
Look out for Scandal – the girls will be have their UK show in early 2015!
Candy Festival was part of the Tofu cute crew, they had a stall for all the chocolate and sweets lovers out there. You could be served by either a lovely pink girl or a handsome chef.
Plus at the Candy Festival, the currency of choice were these little tofu cute coins!
Ready to serve, these guys got super busy later on in the day. We managed to catch them while they were still fresh and wide eyed.
Japan isn’t all about Sake, the folks from Choya were here to introduce you to the other types of Alcohol you probably haven’t heard about like Umeshu. Umeshu is “plump alcohol,” really yummy!! I am sure you would love it. Give it a try!
And Kakigori! Even if it was too cold, kakigori (even if it’s winter) is really good! Lovely!
If you like the candy Festival, then you could have checked out the Tofu Cute store and stock up for the winter. Dentists hate them, but it’s so worth it right?
