Our Bento Friday this week is super cute. As usual, it has kawaii bento box ideas for you to explore. This time they all come from Bento Days. We’re taking a look at some Easter bento box ideas and also at some sakura-related ones! Remember that sakura are blooming in Japan and this is the season for all things sakura: from bento boxes, to cold and hot drinks and also imagination booming! Let’s start with Gudetama! Gudetama as an Easter egg is the cutest thing ever! Creating rice balls in this fashion is a win-win scenario for sure!
Let’s take a look at all the other ideas!
What about a simple egg toast? It’s not like egg hunting, but it’s a nice way to start the day! What do you think? Would you try this one?
Sakura jellies are also a great idea for this season. In Japan, sakura bloom and all turns in pink colors. Japanese enjoy staring at them and enjoying the views while they bloom. (They last only around a week or two!)
Rilakkuma curry is also a super cute idea. In fact, Rilakkuma is one of the best characters for bento that are out there. He’s not that complicated to create and he’s super cute!
What about some Snoopy salad? You can create a Snoopy with an egg!! It’s fun and super cute!
Finally, Totoro soumen. Totoro is pretty easy to create with noodles. You only need some patience to create his body.
What do you think? Which ideas are you going to try out in your kitchen? Let us know in comments!
